We are also developing a number of web-based applications, which we can host for you, to allow to do your invoicing, appointment booking and timesheet submissions from any location, or if you can't get to a computer, call us up and we can input your data for you. These will be rolled out over the course of 2008 - sign up to our newsletter or come back again for further updates.
We also own a number of quality premium domain names, predominantly for the trades, which we will rent to you on an annual basis. We strongly believe in the value of a generic domain name, in its being more memorable for your customers, and in the likelihood of it coming higher up on Google searches (though obviously we don't guarantee this!). While there is nothing wrong in having your business name as your domain name, it always makes sense to have a generic domain name, instead of or in addition to your business name (otherwise, why would B&Q use www.diy.com). A domain name should say what you do, not who you are.
